I created and edited feature and technical content on LPK and SpiceFire Watson (Thoughtfarmer) Intranet platforms, using their distinctive brand voices and personalities and customizing CSS and HTML. To do that, I interviewed employees and executed digital content marketing strategies, such as keywords and tagging, to increase page views. I updated digital content to be current, consistent, operational and accurate. I coordinated brand digital projects in Basecamp and conducted corporate communications for Internal Knowledge team. I also prepared quarterly and annual analytics presentations on intranet usage. I evaluated user interface and web architecture with tree tests. Additionally, I proofed marketing materials such as case studies and proposals.
